Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and unwashed
• The item is in its original condition
• The original packaging is intact

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zyphax.com with your order number.

Important notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Limited drops are produced in small quantities. Exchanges are subject to availability.
• We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
